Delagala is a real state consultancy that provides advisory services, real estate appraisal and real estate services. After a few years, they were looking for a brand repositioning that would reflect their proposal as different, innovative and transparent. In the strategy phase, we already discovered that the real estate sector is traditionally tough, and quite boring sector.
The new brand had to be simple, cheerful, direct and very easy to identify and recognize. Two elements are the key to the whole identity; the use of a warm and intense yellow and the idea of home taken to its minimum and universal graphic expression. Starting from this idea, a visual universe is created, very recognizable and differentiating, which helps to quickly identify the brand both in real estate websites and at street level.
